As the Warehouse Coordinator you will be responsible for stock control, whilst also coordinating with Goods In/Out and the workshop. The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience in a similar role. This role would suit an individual who is highly organised and has the leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and support colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

To coordinate the replenishment/picking/packing of spare parts.
To book-in/pack workshop repairs.
To coordinate annual stocktakes across multiple FSC sites.
To be responsible for warehouse functions for the business unit.
To follow the company Health & Safety, & Environmental policies.
To ensure a high level of quality, efficiency and consistency in providing the administration support for warehouse functions.
Liaise with other warehouses to verify the deliveries received.
To carry out the transfer of stock in a timely manner to/from applicable warehouses.
To carry out the replenishment of all picking locations.
To coordinate the daily tasks of the warehouse team with Team leader.
To coordinate laterally the stocktake of spare parts across multiple facilities.
To organise the storage and collections of all waste generated within the facility.
To be responsible for ensuring monthly reports are submitted on time.
To be responsible for booking in returned items for workshop.
To pick spare parts for technicians
To pack completed workshop repairs.
To put away spare parts in the correct locations.
To contact the carrier regarding collection/delivery queries.
To assist in performing any additional assignments and duties as required by the needs of the Business as directed by your line manager.

Experience Required

Having worked in Warehouse/Logistics in a workshop/service environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Good communication skills
Ability to enter data accurately
Organising, and/or planning skills in a warehouse/logistics background Role Advertised: 22nd February 2021
