A large and growing FMCG company based in Northamptonshire are looking to recruit a Marketing Analyst to ensure that market data is gathered and analysed.
Salary: GBP competitive plus bonus scheme, company pension, 25 days holiday plus bank, health plan, company funded training, and birthday day off!

The Role
Marketing Analyst responsibilities:
Gather and analyse data from internal and external sources to provide insight and recommendations to key business areas, including digital and NPD teams
Scan competitor activity and work with media agency to understand risks and opportunities
Own the brand tracker and work closely with line manager to set targets and track brand KPIs to deliver brand strategy
Create and deliver tactical and strategic research plans, projects, surveys or focus groups in line the business strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effective pricing, performance, profitability, and promotional activity
The Person
As the Marketing Analyst:
A suitable degree or qualification
At least one years' experience of market research, brand tracking and marketing campaign analysis
Experience in the food and drink industry would be ideal
Knowledge of the Direct Selling business model, preferably within a Direct Selling organisation
Analytical candidate with problem solving skills
A multi-tasker with the ability to juggle several workstreams and manage deadlines
Hold a close attention to detail and be well organised
