Brewster Partners are working with our client to recruit a Sales Negotiator for our growing estate agency client in the Doncaster area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and friendly team.


The job involves working closely with both buyers and sellers, playing a pivotal role in helping them to achieve their home move aspirations - helping them to secure a sale of their property or finding the perfect home. You will show houses, provide advice, feedback and guidance, discuss offers, negotiate, and support throughout the process. Most importantly you will build effective relationships with your clients and all third parties in order to move sales forward. Duties will include:

Helping home owners to secure a sale of their property - providing advice, feedback and support throughout their journey.
Assisting buyers to find and secure their dream home before navigating them through the legal process.
Meeting clients to conduct property viewings and helping them to see the benefits of the homes for sale.
Negotiating with parties for the sale or purchase of properties whilst achieving the best possible outcome for all involved.
Promoting company services and unique selling points in order to secure new business.
Liaising with third party organisations such a Solicitors, Surveyors and Financial Institutions to ensure the customers sale or purchase proceeds smoothly.
Managing effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
Building and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the property sector including the legal conveyancing process.
Proactively seeking out opportunities to improve your own performance and skills.
Consistently achieving targets for quality and productivity of work.
Ensuring follow-ups on appointments and feedbackThe company offers industry accreditation and a friendly, supportive team environment. As well as being a market leader in the area, they are recruiting this role due to expansion.

This is a full time Monday - Friday role with one Saturday in 3, with a day off in lieu during that week.


To be successful in your application the most important thing is that you are able to demonstrate your ability to build strong relationships with everyone in the house selling/buying process.

You will need to have some customer care/customer facing experience and always have the customer's best interests at the heart of everything you do.

Commercially, you will need to have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - seeking the best outcome to move things forward at each stage. The role will involve working to targets both personally and as part of a team, and we're looking for someone who takes their own personal development seriously, always striving to be their best.

We're looking for someone who brings energy and enthusiasm to all they do, and who is a positive force within the customer experience and the office environment. You'll need to be able to prioritise your work, update the system with all relevant information at each stage of the process whether a purchase or sale, but training on best practice for each aspect of this process will be given.
