R13 recruitment are working in affiliation with a highly regarded, progressive organisation who offer employment services on a national basis in their search for a Hub Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance and delivery of your team, supporting them to successfully deliver bespoke interventions within the Activity Hub and secure successful referral routes to external support services.

Duties to include:

* Ensuring the team of Support Workers, Interventions Facilitators and Supply Chain Partners are meeting and exceeding all external standards.

* Ensuring action plans are followed.

* Carrying out regular reports to identify trends that may impact on delivery of the service.

* Developing and maintain strong working relationships with local stakeholders such as local authorities, health service providers etc???

* Ensuring participants are involved in design, delivery, and evaluation of the services.

* Supporting and motivating the team to ensure a great service is provided to participants and that employees are achieving their potential.

* Setting development and performance targets for direct reports.

You will have/be:

* Previous experience in a role with a focus on supporting and motivating others.

* Knowledge of the Stoke labour market and disadvantaged groups.

* An understanding of safeguarding and be committed to the protection of young people and vulnerable adults.

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with people from all avenues of life.

* Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

* Highly self-motivated, focused and comfortable with independent working.

* Trustworthy and reliable.

Desirable but not essential:

* Previous management experience of leading a team in a challenging and target driven environment.

* Experience within the criminal justice sector.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based in Norwich. The offered salary for this role is GBP28,000 - GBP30,000 dependant on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, enhanced pension scheme, death in service, enhanced maternity, funded team activity days, professional development opportunities and travel is expensed at 40p per mile + parking if necessary.
