We are looking for a Graduate IT Support Analyst to join their newly established Telecoms department to drive successful project coordination, administration and deployments of IT systems virtually and on customer sites. Salary up to GBP18,500 offered depending on experience.

Skills Required
The Graduate IT Support Analyst will ideally have the following experience:
Essential:
Clear an concise telephone manner
Customer focused initiative
Correct learning attitude
Appetite for knowledge
Preferably 3-6 months commercial experience/apprenticeship
Working knowledge of configuring Printers on laptops/desktops.
Some experience in supporting Microsoft Operating systems, including Desktop Windows O/S 7 - Windows 10.
A good level of experience in deploying and supporting Microsoft Office Suites as well as some basic Computer hardware troubleshooting and installation experience.
Advantageous:
some experience of supporting multiple Microsoft Operating systems, including Desktop Windows O/S 7 - Windows 10.
General understanding of Networking Protocols and TCP/IP fundamentals
Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint awareness and knowledge on how to administer Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
Any ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco and Apple qualifications
The idieal candidate will have a valid license and car

Northampton, Aylesbury, Bedford, Buckingham
Working Hours
Monday - Friday - Hours are operated on a shift basis
e.g. 8am-4:30pm, 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am to 6pm
