About the Role
Your core responsibilities;
* To manage, schedule and monitor all internal project/change activity and to actively support and participate in the Project Management Office.
* PMO support on larger Projects / Programmes including communication reports.
* Maintain work package plans and produce weekly status updates/reports and maintain RAID log.
* Coordinating and communicating regularly with the ICT Client Team.
* Effective and efficient scheduling and management of all internal technical work packages/changes (that do not warrant a Project Manager being assigned) to enable delivery of infrastructure changes/updates.
About You
You will have previous experience working in a PMO/Project environment and you will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
The Project Support Officer will have the proven ability to deliver to timescales and be able to work under pressure to short deadlines. Good analytical skills with attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Must be competent in all Microsoft Office products including Excel and MS Project Skills
