I am currently looking for an Operations Manager with a Service Desk background that can stand as the customer champion managing IT support and also help embed processes in IT operations to support the business as it grows.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong IT support background (setting up support desk would be advantageous)
- Open-minded and able to explore new ways of working
- Strong Excel (or other spreadsheet tools) knowledge
Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Designing support processes that are efficient and enable customer self-support
- Establishing and operating support desk that deals with all customer requests
- Sourcing and managing stock, setting up stock management processes
- Ensuring a ready supply of stock so forecast orders can be met
- Facilitating the team, providing necessary support and ensuring there are appropriate resources (people, hardware and software)
