Civils Supervisor/Construction Supervisor/Field Service Supervisor

My client is an alternative fibre provider based in the UK, and they are currently on the look out for a Civils Supervisor to join their fast-growing business on a permanent basis. A successful candidate will have had experience as a Supervisor dealing with FTTP or FTTH.

Scope of the role:

• Managing the scheduling of multiple FTTP teams.

• Consult with the Highways Department, Local Authorities and other Utilities companies on behalf of the company to coordinate works where required to fulfil the project delivery milestones.

• Ensure and monitor effective site operations and coordination of works compliant to NRSWA and Health & Safety requirements.

• Maintain productivity objectives as set by the Field Services Manager.

Experience Required:

• NRSWA/Highways Experience

• NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor Certification Units 1,10-16

• Fibre Optic testing - PMD/CD, OTDR & ILM

• Scheduling of Multiple FTTP connections & Teams
