Customer Service Advisor - Colchester
GBP17,100 + excellent monthly bonus up to GBP600 per month!
Our client are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. This is an opportunity for the right person to develop a career with an ambitious and forward thinking company.
This is not a sales role and does not involve cold calling but there will be an aspect of up selling to some calls.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
Handling high volume inbound calls
Providing a high level service at all times
Working to targets
Ensuring all calls are logged effectively on the systems
Cross selling and up selling
Handling complaints in a calm and professional manner Hours are on a rota Monday - Friday between 9.00am - 7.00pm, also including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings a month.
