An experienced Waking Night Support Worker is required to provide 24/7 care within a supported living service. As the Support Worker, you will be required to support up to 6 service users from with multiple learning disabilities.

You will need to have experience working with vulnerable adults with learning difficulties, complex needs, personal care, wheelchair users and encouraging independence.

Shift types: 22:00 - 07:00

Responsibilities for the Support Worker:

Supporting vulnerable adults with learning difficulties, complex needs, personal care, wheelchair users and encouraging independence
Working closely with vulnerable adults, staff, families, and other relevant professionals
Following service users care plans closely.
Consistently promoting independence to service users
Working on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis to support the service user

Requirements for the Support Worker:

Enhanced Adult DBS on the Update Service is Essential
Experience working with vulnerable adults with learning difficulties, complex needs, and.
Encouraging and supportive attitude

Location - Bath

Salary: GBP9.50 - GBP11.50
