Higher Level Teaching Assistant HLTA

Leader Education is supporting a large multi academy trust in the recruitment of a HLTA to work within their schools on both short-term and long-term contracts. The roles are due to commence in the Easter Term.
The successful Higher-Level Teaching Assistant will have:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent) OR extensive experience within a similar role
* Strong sense of common sense and initiative in order to assist effectively with minimal instruction
* Strong organisation skills
* Genuine passion and interest in shaping the minds of young people
* Good behaviour management skills
* Interactive and outgoing approach with the children
* Easy regular access to Bradford
* Proficiency in Urdu or Gujarati or Punjabi is desirable.
