Job Title: Test Engineer
Hourly Pay: GBP14.00
Hours: Mon-Fri
Location: Portsmouth
Are you a Test Engineer looking for your next opportunity? My client, a leading electronics manufacturer is seeking a Test Engineer to join the team immediately. Initially on a contract basis with the view to become a permanent position. You could also be known as the following: Test Technician, Tester, Electronic Test Technician.
Test Engineer Requirements
* Previous experience of PCB testing - ideally to component level
* Experience using test equipment such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes
* Previous SMT and through hole experience
* Fault diagnosis experience will be advantageous
Test Engineer Responsibilities
* The Test Engineer will be required to test and fault find to component level
* You will be required to diagnose faults and some repair work
* You will be required to utilise testing tools including ATE, Oscilloscopes & Multimeters
* The Test Engineer will be required to resolve technical issues
