Due to an internal restructure and promotions within the team, our client is looking for someone with the relevant skills and experience to join their Property Litigation team on a permanent basis located in their Gillingham office in North Dorset.

The successful Property Litigation Lawyer / Solicitor will work within the Dispute Resolution team, managing a busy caseload of Property related Litigation work from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

Our client is looking for an NQ Solicitor / CILEX or a candidate that is close to achieving their qualification with proven knowledge and experience of the Property Litigation process and be confident handling a caseload independently.

Our client is looking for someone how would be confident in taking on extra work from other members of the team during holiday periods.
