RICS Registered Valuer

Symonds & Sampson LLP are seeking an RICS Registered Valuer to be able to cover the whole of Wessex Region as required but based out of Wimborne.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
To undertake work types including but not limited to:
* Level 2 RICS Homebuyer reports (Private and bank panel instructions)
* Mortgage Valuations for bank panels.
* Valuations for banks, private individuals, probate and general tax planning
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* RICS qualified
* Registered Valuer
* Full UK Driving license,
* 2-4 years PQE
* Ability to deal effectively with email and telephone enquiries
* Diary and Database management
* File Management and compliance
* Proficient in use of Microsoft packages especially Excel spreadsheets
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
* Mortgage Valuations for bank panels.
* Residential Red Book Valuation (preferred though not a prerequisite)
* Level 2 RICS Homebuyers (Private and bank panel instructions)
