The German Speaking Outbound Telemarketing SaaS Renewals Representative will be responsible for leading Cross-Sell/Up-Sell conversations with transactional renewals customers and manage a portion of SaaS renewals.
Drive high retention rates across renewals and leveraging the renewal event to -increase the net new license attach rate by cross-selling and up-selling emerging technologies and adding new services.
Work with cross functional teams such as license sales, product specialists, and channel partners to ensure alignment and to drive increased customer success and adoption.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Forge strategic relationships with Channel Partners
* Lead cross-sell and up-sell conversations
* Manage a portion of SaaS renewals
* Dial out to a set target of customers per day
* Drive high retention rates across renewals
* Leverage renewal events to increase net new license attach rate
* Cross-sell and up-sell emerging technologies and adding new services
* Ensure alignment and drive increased customer success and adoption
* Educate the Channel on the impact a renewal event can drive a net new transaction
* Maintain high renewal rates
* Achieve target quotas, if not exceed them
