Position:
To guide and direct a team offering residential care and support to children and young people aged 8 to 18 years of age.
The overarching aim of the service is as outlined in the Home's Statement of Purpose.
This role is in a Chester based home, working with young people with mental health needs and high-risk challenging behaviours.
Salary:
GBP11.50 per hour
PENSION
In accordance with the new changes of legislation, the company will provide access to a pension scheme which all staff can be enrolled on from successful completion of induction/probationary period.
Probation Period:
All appointments are subject to a 6 months probationary period, at this time progress will be reviewed.
Relevant Experience and Knowledge
Requirements:
You must have experience working within a similar role.
You must hold a Level 3 Children and Young People's Workforce qualification (or equivalent)
You must have supervisory experience within a EBD Home (i.e. Team Leader/Deputy Manager level).
You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle.
For individuals who have lived/worked outside the UK from the age 18 and over, an overseas check will be required - the candidate would meet the costs of the check
