Due to success of a new software launch I am seeking a technically minded candidate to advise customers on using the software, answering customer queries within a B2B environment. Advising on benefits and accurately managing data delivered through the software.

This would suit a candidate who has a genuine interest in Technology and seeking a service orientated position to really start mapping out their career within the business.

Working in a medium sized team, the successful candidate will;

Have a technical aptitude for systems and software

Strong customer service skills

Strong attention to detail

Good telephone manner

Able to think on your feet

Keen to resolve customer queries and advise on issues

Good experience on MS Excel, Word and Email

Strong team player

Innovative, able to bring forward ideas

This position is available on a Temporary to Permanent basis, you will be working from home for a short time, when allowed we are seeking a candidate happy to work onsite in a Covid safe environment. This position can be offered on a part time basis Monday to Friday. Would fit around School hours, term time only.
