The day in the life of your new role:
* You will be a Performance Manager who understands and individuals ambitions, motivations, training needs, strengths and development areas effectively
* You will be leading a team of Sales professionals who are contacting customers by telephone on receipt of internet generated enquiries (no cold calling)
* You will be training and developing your team members to overcome customer objections and sell the benefits of Life Insurance
* You will be training and call coaching your team to be the best they can be
The skills and experience you will need are:
* A proven and successful career in b2c sales who is a consistent achiever in outbound sales management
* You will have developed your career from a fast paced sales floor into management and have proven success in this arena
* The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that outstanding sales results are achieved on a daily basis
* Experience of working to and achieving targets as a Sales Manager
* The ability to lead a team of highly driven sales professionals
* Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target
* Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
