We are currently recruiting for a Wages Co-ordinator for our site in Willand.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Wages Co-ordinator to join our team. The site team are enthusiastic about the positive change implementations for the future of the business and the site.
Some responsibilities:
* To produce reports linked to colleague's time and attendance, to identify trends and contribute to positive corrective action to improve any negative trends
* To ensure that colleagues wage/hours are verified, with the applicable manager so ensure their pay is accurate.
* To work closely with the HR team, by providing accurate data on statistics on absence, pay queries etc.
* To continually self-improve in terms of education and experience
* To ensure that the authorised missed clocks are updated on the T&A system so employees are paid correctly
* To update the system on authorised overtime, bonus, paid leave, holidays and all other forms of paid and unpaid
* To work with the wages colleagues on managing sick payments
ABOUT YOU:

* IT literate and advance Microsoft Excel skills
* Have experience in an administrative role (required)
* Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with your colleagues
* Interest in HR or Payroll, previous experience desired
