Childcare Apprentice
We are looking for an experienced Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have already achieved their Level 2 CYPW qualification.
This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience whilst working towards a level 3 Diploma Early Years Educator. The right candidate is required to maintain a very high standard of care for the children including the promotion of learning and development.
Duties include, but are not limited to the below:
* Assist practitioner in daily duties including supporting children's learning and development
* Supervise a room of children alongside the room lead
* Take part in all activities including play, setting up various activities, feeding and changing
* Cleaning and following all Health and Safety procedures which are in place in the setting
* Assist with the developmental record system for children and administration duties
* Complete all work set by your Assessor
As an Apprentice you will be expected to show strong commitment to your role, confidence and a willingness to learn.
Throughout your Apprenticeship you will be expected to see each set task through to completion to the best of your ability.
You will be well presented, a good communicator, able to follow Directions and demonstrate motivation.
