Responsibilities:
* Supporting Managers by taking incoming calls from new or existing customers and dealing with any enquiries
* Submitting quotations to clients
* Communication with business customers, clarifying information, confirming delivery schedules and sending general emails
* Placing orders with suppliers
* Obtaining and negotiating pricing with suppliers, including discounts
* Develop continuing relationships with existing customers
You will have:
* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
* Ability to negotiate on pricing
* Sound IT skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Commitment to work hard and grow a career
