Legal Search Resourcer
Jepson Holt is a highly specialist legal search business. More than 80% of our work is conducted under retained search agreements with many of the leading law firms in the country.
Working closely with our experienced consultants, resourcers will assist consultants with the headhunting process for retained search and recruitment processes. Due to the success of recent projects, and an extensive pipeline of retained instructions, we have a need for additional resourcers to support our consultants and to be an integral part of the growth of the business.
Experience as a resourcer in a Recruitment Agency is essential, preferably in Legal or Professional Services or Executive Search
Key Responsibilities:
* Headhunting, candidate sourcing, relationship building
* Managing candidates' expectations
* Administrative duties such as arranging interviews
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years recruitment or resourcing experience, preferably from the Legal sector, Professional Services, or Executive Search
* The ability to work to tight deadlines and be accountable
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated & enthusiastic
* Hard-working
