Compliance Administrator
Our professional services client, offer a unique culture within their working environment. Due to continued growth they are looking for an Administrator to work within their Compliance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join the team who assist in the Administrative support with new and existing clients, whilst adhering to legislative compliance
The role
* You will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to the Compliance Team
* You will become familiar with the firms client on-boarding
* You will be helping to perform the firms matter opening process alongside other members of the team
* You will help to support internal procedures such as confidentiality and conflict of interests
* You will support the team when managing all strategic, operational and regulatory risks that may arise within the practice
Requirements
* Educated to A level standard (or similar)
* An interest in legal compliance would be beneficial
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, PDF software
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent administration skills
* Strong research skills
* Self-starter and ability to work autonomously
* A highly organised, methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy
* Experience of working in an administration role within a fast paced and challenging environment would be desirable
