A Haverhill based Business are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

You will be responsible for supporting all Project Administration and liaising with contractors, supporting all logistical works being carried out on sites. Full training will be provided and entry level candidates will also be considered for the role.

You must be organised, able to multi-task and take ownership for your work load as this can be a busy and demanding position.

Duties Include:

•To undertake & carry out works as required by the management
•Site Management & Planning
•Creating Site Boxes
•Compiling H&S information and site files
•Liaise with Site Foreman via email & phone
•Liaise with Project Managers via email & phone
•Booking deliveries and chasing late deliveries
•Handover H&S files
•Operating & maintenance information on equipment installed
•Detailing extensive existing site information
•Gathering certificates and client information from sub-contractors/suppliers.
•Purchase Orders to
•Suppliers
•Sub-contractors
•Closing matched PO's
•Purchase orders
•Supplier/subcontractor invoices
•Supplier delivery notes
•Booking Meeting Rooms, Accommodation and Parking
•Receiving Incoming Calls
•Data entry in our CIA accounts software

Additional Information:

•Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00 with one hour for lunch
•Role is currently based working remotely; however you will be required to work in the Haverhill office when safe to do so.
•Salary GBP18,000 - GBP18,500
