We’re currently looking for a COVID-19 Community Engagement Officer to join us on a 10 month fixed-term contract.

The Role
 
As a COVID-19 Community Engagement Officer, you will work with the Three Rivers community and partners to deliver important, life-changing and lifesaving health and wellbeing messages and activities.
 
As part of our Community Partnerships Team, you will focus on raising awareness of COVID-19 infection prevention and maximising the update of vaccinations.
 
Specifically, you will:
 
- Strengthen relationships throughout the community to effectively address COVID-19 challenges and support improved outcomes
- Liaise with the Police and Environmental Health Team to encourage compliance with COVID-19 regulations
- Develop communications, campaigns and messaging
- Establish relationships with community groups and partner organisations
 
About You
 
To join us as aCOVID-19 Community Engagement Officer, you will need:
 
- Experience in community engagement
- Public health knowledge
- To be reactive and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
