Customer Service Team Leader, Perm, Norwich, GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 DOE

We are currently supporting a fantastic business in their search for a Customer Service Team Leader to join them in Norwich. Within this role you will be leading a team of customer services advisors, ensuring high standards of customer care are maintained, providing solutions to complex problems and inspiring your team to achieve.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong leadership from within a B2C call centre environment. You will be customer obsessed with a real passion for delivering outstanding service and you will be someone who uses their drive & enthusiasm to motivate and inspire the team around them.
Duties to include:
* Leading a team of customer service advisors, ensuring excellent service is delivered at all times.
* Building and developing your team with a 'customer first' attitude.
* Working to find effective solutions to any complex problems that may arise.
* Coaching and motivating your team to ensure they are meeting performance targets.
* Conduction regular 1-2-1s discussing performance and professional development.
* Carrying out resource planning ensuring all tasks have the necessary resources.
* Consistently looking at new ways to improve processes and the customer experience.
* Developing your knowledge to become a subject matter expert within the business.
You will have/be:
* Previous leadership experience from within a contact centre environment.
* Ability to champion exceptional service leading to increased engagement and sales.
* The ability to lead, motivate and coach a team.
* Confident, articulate verbal & written communication skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt and problem-solve.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
* Highly organised and can prioritise workload effectively.
This is a full time, permanent opportunity working from modern Norwich City Centre based offices. Offered salary is GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 DOE + bonus. Working hours are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm with some flexibility to meet client / business needs h=which may include the odd weekend day or evening.
