Inbound Sales
Portsmouth
GBP19,000 + 25k OTE (uncapped)
Hours on a 3 week rolling rota 8-4 / 10-6 / 12-8 Monday - Saturday
Wild are working with a very well established business in Portsmouth, who due to growth, are looking for money motivated candidates to join their Inbound Sales team. You will be taking inbound calls from prospective customers and converting these calls into sales.

Job Responsibilities:-
- Taking inbound calls from prospective customers
- Achieving weekly sales, conversion and call targets
- Taking a consultative approach to sales and tailoring to each client
- Remaining proactive and taking charge of own workload
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Updating and utilising the CRM system
Attributes required:-
- B2B or B2C telephone sales experience
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Good phone manner and ability to build rapport
- Can work alone as well as within a team
- Good attention to detail and able to multitask
