Maternity Cover
Winner Recruitment are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Administrator to join one of the largest logistics and distribution companies in the UK.
This role will be based at the Stafford site and will be to cover Maternity Leave.
Working hours
?? This role will be Monday to Friday.
?? Working hours 10am - 6pm
?? You will complete 2 weeks training where your working hours would be 8am - 4pm
Job Description
To provide administrative support to the Key Account Manager and the Account Executive, to manage client volumes and stock holding value ensuring swift despatch of returned items, in line with the clients KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
?? Management of a personal account base of suppliers with regular written and verbal communications.
?? Co-ordinating supplier book in process
?? Liaise internally and externally to ensure stock for return to client is managed effectively.
?? Answer incoming calls from the client and suppliers, dealing with queries and goods in / out bookings.
?? Provide annual leave cover for basic reporting for the Account Executive as and when required.
Skills/Competencies:
Communication including both internal and front facing with the client.
Strong Organisational skills
Intermediate Excel
Work on own initiative
Work to deadlines
Accurate & numerate
?? Punctual
