Anderson Knight is partnered exclusively with a city centre based, national company to appoint a Recruitment Assistant to join on a 6-month FTC. This role plays an important part in ensuring an excellent candidate experience for all the companies' applicants and provides support and guidance to hiring managers across their business.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Assistant will interact with hiring managers of all levels across the organisation.

The main duties are:

• Managing your own portfolio of vacancies from advert to offer, including:

• Liaising with the HR Teams to ensure relevant pre-employment checks have been completed and documents received

• Undertake, where required, pre-employment checks including Right to Work Checks

• Respond to general enquiries from candidates and hiring managers, signposting them to the appropriate procedures.

• Provide general administration support to the Recruitment and HR teams

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Recruitment Administrator/Assistant position. You will have agency or internal recruitment experience. This role forms part of a small recruitment team therefore you must be a team player, have good communication skills and have good time management skills
