Are you an experienced receptionist who has superb administration skills/experience and looking for something a little bit different than the usual 9-5 work pattern, working at the same desk every day?
The business is within the service/hospitality sector, therefore, you will need to be able to commit to working Bank holidays, summer holidays, school holidays and some weekends.
Duties will include reception, general office work, meeting and greeting visitors, customer services, some cleaning, taking bookings and recording these on a bookings database, assisting in the running of the site shop and managing the day to day operation of the business with the Manager. And simply being the best Host to the visiting customers!
You will need to be confident in IT (MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook), and confident to be able to assist with updating social media and the website.
This is an incredibly varied role and you will need to be a natural team player who can offer flexibility, a proactive mind-set and first-class customer service.
Due to location you will need to have your own vehicle to get to work. Ideally you will hold a full drivers licence to enable you to assist with driving the business vehicles when required.
If you like the idea of working slightly outside of the standard 9-5 pattern in a customer facing and varied role, please contact Sam to discuss the job in more detail.
We endeavour to respond to all applications; however, due to the large volume this isn't always possible. If you haven't heard from us within seven days, please assume you have not been successful for this particular role. Thank you for your interest and please continue to look at our website for future opportunities
