Location: Stockport

Salary: Circa £30,000

We’re currently on a transformation journey and we’re looking for a Data & Digital Development Officer to assist in enabling organisational effectiveness and change.  

Working alongside Data and Digital colleagues on a variety of projects, this impactful role will also support and undertake the research, development and delivery of key digital initiatives into Services and support the groups strategic ambitions to maximise value from data and knowledge-based systems held across the organisation.

The postholder will also contribute to the development and deployment of related business solutions, with particular emphasis on Microsoft 365 applications, PowerApps and automation tools, as well as responsibilities around key Data management activities that support the data population of the corporate data warehouse and other related systems. 

We’re looking for someone with practical experience of the full software development lifecycle, who has a familiarity with data extract and data modelling principles. You will have an understanding of data warehousing best practice and familiarity with ETL tools and of modern data visualisation solutions such as PowerBI and SSRS and of Microsoft 365 power apps and other low-code platforms and Microsoft security permissions.

Ideally being degree qualified or having relevant practical experience, our ideal candidate will have a desire to continue professional development.
