Our client is a highly reputable engineering services provider based in Brighouse, is looking for an experienced administrator to support them across all administration functions within the business. They are looking for someone with knowledge of HR functions and administration. Duties will inlude:

* Answer phone calls, provide information to callers or connect callers to appropriate people

* Schedule appointments and update calendar

* Make travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers

* Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material

* Payroll / Timesheets

* HR administration - holidays, grievences, appraisals contracts,

* Training administration

* Invoicing and raising purchase order

* Greet and provide general support to visitors

* Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
