We’re currently on a transformation journey and we’re looking for a Business Change Partner to enable effective business transformation and sustainable change management in order to deliver our Business Transformation Projects / Programmes.

Undertaking reviews as part of a co-ordinated approach to transformation and change (including mapping the ‘as is’ and the ‘to be’ states); you’ll challenge operational inefficiency and highlight where this could be improved including performance, behaviours and systems based upon evidence and business / customer insight. You’ll work to understand and tackle the root causes of issues to support continuous business transformation and cultural change and have the ability to look for and identify issues with current processes and come up with creative solutions.

We’re looking for you to come in and assist in making operational processes modern, agile and efficient, enhancing the overall customer experience and playing an important role in supporting business leads to implement changes to the ways of working within the business to ensure the maximum benefit. Working with service leads to support and facilitate their own plans, you’ll support them with new ideas and the delivery of them into their services.

With a thorough understanding of Business Analysis approaches and techniques, you will have experience of Change Management approaches and techniques and applying this knowledge in the workplace. We’re looking for someone that has experience of collating information in an organised, planned and timely manner and that can use data to identify trends, patterns and areas of inefficiency.

With strong interpersonal/communication skills, you’ll have the ability to build and maintain trust with service users, managers, consultants, stakeholders and experience of successfully engaging with colleagues and working collaboratively to deliver effective business change.

We’re looking for someone that can coach and support users on business / change journeys, that can lead workshops and training events.
