Breedon are currently seeking a Customer Services Supervisor at our Norwich office. You will support the Regional Commercial Manager with the effective and efficient running of the aggregates and ready-mixed concrete planning and internal sales department. You will also be responsible for customer sales/orders and enquiries for our aggregates and ready-mixed concrete.

The key accountabilities and work outputs are:

Liaising with internal stakeholders, promoting effective communication to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled
Promoting right first time ethos within the customer services department and ensuring all processes are followed effectively
Telephone and email contract to and from customers
An adept and timely response to customers' enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion
Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively
Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required
Communicating effectively with commercial and production teams and also haulage partners
Proactively managing old debt recovery though query programme
Identifying and contributing to managing your own personal development in collaboration with your line manager The key skills for this role are:

Excellent IT knowledge
The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to a high level of accuracy
A natural curiosity and interest in other departments and ways of working
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
A good eye for detail
Ability to work in, and supervise, a small teamWe are looking for an individual who has the organisational abilities or logistics experience to fulfil this role together with a calm steady approach, effective communication skills and personal qualities to provide a positive contribution to our customer service team in the East area. Previous experience working in the aggregates and concrete market is desirable though not essential as training will be given. A good familiarity of the local geography is essential.
