Opportunity to earn in excess of GBP40,000 - based from home and responsible for PPM and Reactive Maintenance for multiple commercial sites across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas.
* Are you 18th Edition Qualified - or planning to upgrade to this soon?
* Do you have a CSCS or ECS Card?
* Do you have experience in Reactive and PPM Maintenance?
* Do you possess any other trade skills (basic level) that you could deal with on occasion?
* Are you happy to cover multiple maintenance locations?
* Do you have a full and clean UK driving licence?
* Do you want to earn in excess of GBP40,000 without working endless hours?

* Guaranteed basic pay of GBP31,200 to GBP35,360 (Negotiable for the right person) for a 40 hour week and the chance to earn unlimited overtime.
* All travel paid for, from the moment you leave home to drive to sites.
