Site Manager/Residential Site Manager
O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager to join a residential developer, working on a new build development in Winsford.
All applicants MUST have experience delivering New build residential developments and have a strong background in the housing sector.
Required for this role:
3+ years' Experience working as a Site Manager on new build projects.
Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
SMSTS
CSCS
NVQ Level 5 or above (desirable)
Trade Background (desirable)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
