Van Sales Manager
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated individual to manage our LCV sales at our Ipswich Van Centre. You will lead and be responsible for a Team of Sales Consultants to achieve agreed sales and profit objectives. You will control and manager agreed budgets including expenditure and the management of Company property. Build relationships both internally and externally with prospects/customers, support other team members and take responsibility for all business development and customer requirements.
Key Requirements:
* High level of Kerridge DMS knowledge
* Be process orientated
* Good level of Mercedes-Benz systems and procedures knowledge
* Communication and listening skills
* People management skills
* Able to travel to all group locations regularly
* Ability to work with all internal and external stakeholders
