A leading Construction industry sub-contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to provide cost control assistance for the major construction projects they design, manufacture and install for.
A Potteries-based Construction company is recruiting. This organisation is one of the leading Sub-Contractors of it's kind within the UK and work on GBPmulti-million projects across the Industrial, Leisure, Healthcare and Commercial sectors. The company are currently looking to strengthen their Surveying team with the appointment of a Quantity Surveyor.
The main purpose of this role is to support the Surveying department, to ensure accurate and timely, contractual and financial information regarding Projects that are at tender stage, live, or have been completed, is available and can be fully explained when required. Other responsibilities such as regular communication and negotiation with Contractors, Suppliers and Colleagues plus Project Reporting will be involved.
Applicants should be experienced Quantity Surveyors with a professional approach to their work and confident communication skills. The company will consider recruiting at various levels of experience for this particular vacancy.
