Here at Restore, we are now looking for an Operator / Driver to deliver the IT shredding services in our 15tonne shredder equipped truck on client sites both in the UK and Europe.
Driving the shredding vehicle to and from customer sites, you will safely operator the shredder, punches and disintegrator on the vehicle and correctly complete on-site audits and relevant paperwork. You will also maintain the equipment and manage outages if possible, on-site.
So, if you have previous driving experience to include driving a full Class C HGV (or willingness to pass the Class C lorry test) and are prepared to drive all over the country with various overnight stops (in hotels not sleeper cabs), then we would love to hear from you.
We also need you to be physically fit as the role involves loading and unloading large amounts of IT WEEE on and off the vehicle and have a clean police record, passing the police vetting process. Those who have knowledge or experience of working on an industrial shredder and disintegrator are desirable, however this is not essential.
