The Role - Regional Sales Manager (NMR, MRI, Scientific Systems)

The role will involve:

Up-selling and identifying new business opportunities, ultimately looking to exceed area sales and gross profit targets
Maintaining and developing customer relationships
Contributing to the growth of the business in a sustainable and ethical manner
Assisting in the development and execution of annual UK marketing strategy
Carrying out technical consultancy to fully understand customer requirements and demonstrating technical solutions
Managing the post-sale installation process
Extending the customer base by participating in relevant exhibitions and local events
Your Background - Regional Sales Manager (NMR, MRI, Scientific Systems)

To succeed in this varied and exciting role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Previous experience selling capital equipment into the pharmaceutical, bio-pharma, life sciences, laboratory, medical, healthcare, NHS or private healthcare environments
Service sales experience would also be beneficial
Strong business acumen and the ability to determine priorities in a rapidly changing commercial environment
Qualification in a science-related subject
Excellent interpersonal skills, be a natural team player and have a high degree of personal integrity
Be self-motivated, self-disciplined and tenacious
