Time Appointments are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a global company that provide both commercial and personal lines insurance. They are looking to recruit an Administrator/New Business Assistant to join their New Business Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input new business policy information into the system to create policy documentation.
* Distribute policy documents to brokers (via post and email)
* Manage proposal form admin within the timescales required
* Check proposal forms against cover written and liaise with New Business Team/brokers as necessary
* Request surveys if applicable and manage the associated admin within specified timescales
The successful candidate must show high skills of accuracy and be a confident communicator both written and verbal. You must have the ability to build good working relationships and have excellent time management and organisational skills. Knowledge of commercial property insurance underwriting would be beneficial but not essential. Insurance experience/knowledge is essential
