Hales Group are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis initially until June 2021. You will be working within a reputable and established local business.
This position will involve;
• A combination of communication with customers; email, written correspondence and outbound telephone calls
• Optimising own time and resources to required performance levels to fulfil company targets and satisfy customer demand
• Promoting and developing the brand ensuring it is synonymous with the company core values.
• Promoting and working towards the culture of Business Improvements.
• Cooperating with all employees to ensure that company Health and Safety standards are upheld at all times.

• Be IT literate with experience of Microsoft packages

HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday
LOCATION: Lowestoft
TERM: Temporary initially until June 2021
