Legal Cashier
Office Angels Preston are recruiting on behalf of a well established Solicitors based in Blackburn. My client is looking for a Legal Cashier to join their team. My client is looking for somebody who is experienced within in the Accounts & Finance Industry and preferably has had experience within the Conveyancing sector. Training will be provided however Accounts knowledge is essential and Solicitors experience is desired.
The role includes:
Dealing with clients when receiving payments.
Keeping track of all banking on a daily basis and managing the accounts system.
Dealing with all invoices and ensuring they are paid on time.
Consulting with clients and businesses regarding financial concern.
Assisting in the planning of financial strategies.
Recording all transactions in the appropriate manner.
Scrutinising large transactions.
Ensuring the efficient operation of Payroll.
Being a general team player with a motivated attitude who wants to get involved in all aspects.In return my client offers:

9:00am - 5:30pm
Monday to Friday (35 hour week)
25 days holiday, + bank holidays
1 hour lunch break
