The Opportunity
STAR Recruitment are looking to appoint a Resourcer / Administrator to start ASAP. Your role will involve all candidate generation and admin activities, including but not limited to;
• Boolean Candidate searching across job boards and social media
• Uploading and attributing relevant CVs to the database
• Posting job adverts across job boards and all social media channels
• Driving all social media channels forward, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Website, blog etc.
• Extensive LinkedIn networking and candidate gathering
• Hitting a daily / weekly candidate telephone registration / update target
• Head-hunting passive candidates
• Generating a strong referral pipeline from existing candidates
• Lead generation from candidates and recording in the database
• Building Candidate networks across all sectors and locations
• Writing blogs to share across social media
• Writing engaging Linkedin updates to engage with candidates
• Entering and attributing client information on company database
• Recording all activity in the company crm system and keeping the company database up to date
The Candidate
Ideally you will already be in a Recruitment Administration / Resourcer role. Or in a full 360 Recruitment Role but want to move away from the business development into a pure candidate generation role.
Ideally you will be /have:
• Resourcing / Candidate generation experience
• Experience of headhunting passive candidates
• Excellent communication skills. Great on the telephone
• Excellent rapport building and questioning skills
• Inquisitive by nature and very thorough in your approach.
• An eye for detail
• Can grasp new information quickly / quick learner
• Excellent social media knowledge
• Experiencing of using CRM systems / databases / in-putting data
• IT Literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Good organisational skills
• Positive person that can work on their own and as part of a small team.
• Self-motivated and thrives in an autonomous, mature environment
The Offer
• Salary dependent on experience
• Commission scheme
• Newly refurbished offices in Morley. 5 mins off M62, 10 mins off M1
• Free parking
• Mature & autonomous environment.
• Small team.
• Work from home / and in the office
• 1pm finish every Friday if targets are hit
• No business development. Pure Candidate generation role.
