We are seeking an experienced, qualified Residential Conveyancer to work for a well-established Lexcel and CQS accredited multi office law firm, based at their office in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. The position has come about due to continued growth in Residential Conveyancing in recent months.
The role will involve
?? Carrying out all aspects of residential conveyancing to include freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases
?? Assisting with managing and supporting a small team
?? Developing business opportunities within the Property Department
* Offering technical advice and support to other offices
* Dealing with clients, HM Land Registry and other third-party professionals in person and over the telephone
Suitable Candidates will have:
* A minimum three years' PQE in residential conveyancing
* Experience with managing and supporting a conveyancing team
* Sound knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and Anti-Money Laundering legislation
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Case Management Systems
* A full UK driving licence and own transport
This is a full-time permanent position offered with a range of benefits including five weeks' annual leave, pension scheme, discounted legal fees, private healthcare, a full induction programme, ongoing CPD training for continued career development and regular performance reviews.
Salary is given as a guideline in line with market rate and will be dependant on experience.
