Our client is the tree section of a local authority in the south west near Bristol. They are responsible for all governmental functions in a mixed urban and rural area which includes the world heritage city of Bath and attractive rural areas stretching towards the Mendips.
The council are currently looking to recruit 2 climbing arborists. Candidates should have certificates for aerial use of the chainsaw and a driving licence is also needed.The role will involve the full range of works to trees on highways, park, schools, housing and other council owned land.
The position is offered at an hourly rate of pay of circa GBP10.42 PH PAYE on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidates
