We are currently recruiting for an experinced Call Handler to join a progressive company based near Swaffham.

The position will form part of the Health & Social Care team and the purpose of the role is to work within the support network and care work helpline.

The role is initially an on-going temporary job working full time but there is a chance it may go permanent for the right person. Even though you will be working a 37 hour week they will be a requirement that this person will need to be flexible to their woreking hours and it wioll include some later afternoon/evening work and some weekends for a few hours on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Call Centre, Help Line, Call Handler, Help Desk or Customer Service capacity and be used to receiving numerous calls a day. You will also need to have good IT and administration skills.
