Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm
Friday 7am to 4pm
Sunday 7am to 2pm
Hours may vary due to current economic climate
Job Description
To work with a goods-in team:
?? Place orders and receive orders using computer systems in place
?? Quality/ quantity check and Receiving goods ordered
- Check and document each delivery
- Authorise/ sign for goods received
- Keep documented goods in records
- Follow-up any shortages / damages with Manager
?? Label and batch goods appropriately
?? Store - chilled /ambient /frozen/ equipment
- You will be working in chilled , ambient and freezer areas
?? Stocktake / rotation of stock
?? Stock control - ensure we do not run out of goods /equipment
?? Operate the Forklift. (training given)
?? End of week dry goods stock take
?? End of month inventory check for all airline equipment.
?? Returning extra equipment to airlines on Friday
?? Working closely with all departments to provide raw goods required on a daily basis.
Person Specification
?? Moderate Computer skills.
?? Excellent communication skills
?? Ability to Multitask and prioritise
?? Must have an eye for detail
?? Ability to work on own initiative
?? Can work well as part of a team
?? Generally in good physical health as you are expected to lift goods at times. (Full training provided)
?? Comfortable working in chilled and frozen areas (appropriate workwear supplied)
?? Enthusiastic, responsible and a fast learner.
