RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with an outsourcing specialist in their search for a Customer Support Manager.
The business is a specialist in the healthcare sector and includes Clinical Document Management Systems, Patient Pathway Management, Healthcare Technology Solutions and software development.
The role is part of a strategic function to ensure a positive and seamless experience for our healthcare clients in the day-to-day management of administration/contact relating to existing and prospective customers in the UK (primarily NHS as well as Private Healthcare), Australia, Middle East and New Zealand. Internationally our service offering operates 24 hours daily.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with great interpersonal, communication and relationship skills who can meet and exceed our clients' expectations.
Skills Required:
It is essential that you have at least 3 years of recent supervisory/managerial experience in a customer-facing/service environment, preferably in the UK.
* High attention to detail, excellent proofreading, written and verbal communication skills.
* The post holder must have very high standards of English both written and spoken.
* Highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail.
* Proactive and highly organized, you must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and work with a professional attitude.
* Knowledge of the UK Healthcare environment is desirable but not essential.
* High level of IT skills, including competency with Microsoft suite.
* Social Media management for the business.
