Residential Plot Sales Assistant
Sue Ross Legal are delighted to be working with our client, a well respected firm of Solicitors who are currently seeking a Residential Plot Sales Assistant to join their team based at their Sheffield City Centre office.
You will be joining the specialist residential plot sales and team duties may include;
- Progressing sales
- Drafting contracts and leases
- Collating supporting documentation
- Dealing with any anquiries
- Liaisng with third parties
- Updating and maintaing a case management system
- Progressing matters to completion
- Arranging transfer of funds
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a similar role within a law firm already. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to multi task and manage a demanding and varied workload. You will be computer literate and used to spreadsheet progress reporting.
